Refund Policy

We value your commitment to growth and healing and strive to provide a meaningful experience.

 

Support Sessions:

• Refunds are not issued for completed coaching sessions.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session without refund.

 

Retreats:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the retreat start date may receive a 50% refund on the balance paid (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations within 45 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable due to advance commitments to venues and services.

• If a retreat is cancelled by Brave Roots, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.
